    I used to frequent this Ono Hawaiian BBQ location and I forgot why I stopped going... until tonight.

    I ordered extra rice instead of the "veggies" with my mini Katsu but when I got home I got more Mac salad. They repeated my order twice and still got it wrong.

    My main complaint is with the katsu itself. Would it even be called Chicken Katsu if there's barely any chicken in it? It's literally a really thin slice of chicken and a whole lot of breaded coating. If I wanted bread then I would've ordered a sandwich. For the price, I would expect to have more chicken in my Katsu.

    BEWARE!!! I just found a small roach/beetle in my cabbage from this place. The sad part is I found it after eating half of it.  It was at the bottom. I then killed it with my napkin and proceeded to freak out. I tried to immediately call for a manager but it was right at 9 and they closed. Definitely never coming back. What a disappointment. I hope I can speak to a manager. My wife and I are disgusted as we have eaten here once or twice before...but I guess our third time wasn't a charm!

    I was trying to pay with a gift card and the person at the register said they don't accept gift cards unless there's a name on it. What gift card has a recipient's name on it..? I'm so confused. She continues to talk about just in case rebates. Wtf is she even talking about? I'm sure I know how gift cards work. Jenny, I believe was her name (only Asian employee) get your shit together.

    I come here often, it is conveniently located in a plaza with many other eateries, Rite Aid, Gamestop, Starbucks, gym. I haven't had any issue with any associate for all the times that I have went, and I haven't been rushed if I haven't made up my mind. One thing that gets me: dining room cleanliness. When I dine in, when it isn't busy, I don't really notice anyone cleaning the lobby area. I have seen two cashiers just make open bag piles, or stack things behind the register counter. Food, service, overall satisfied. Just lobby. :D
